You will receive a thorough home inspection report detailing the condition of the property including the following:

- Plumbing functionality and leak assessment
- Electric service line, grounding, and bonding

- Insulation in the attic and crawl space

- Doors and windows
- and more, including infrared camera use when appropriate
Your property inspection report will contain color photographs and comments of home inspector observations as well as recommendations for deficiencies. An electronic copy of the home inspection report will be emailed, and your home inspector, David Miller, is available for follow-up property inspection as well as telephone conferences about the home inspection report. Your Arkansas Real Estate agent can also access the report using the username and password provided with your home inspection report.
A mold inspection can be added to your complete home inspection at a discounted rate or as a stand-alone service. Air and tape samples are overnighted to a lab with reports available within 48 hours. The report will detail the amount and type of spores found as well as whether or not those levels are elevated.
